Overlook process: Making a page

Hi there

I recently uploaded my blog. You can see every step of the process (rough, pencil n' ink)

Did you do the pencils directly on the blue pencil or was that a separate sheet?  Looks good by the way.  Issue 2 is still in the mail so I haven't read it yet.

Yes. Directly over the blue pencil. When I started to work in the roughs and layouts, I decided to do it over the original sheet. I really hate when you get a very cool rough, and then, when you have to redraw on the original sheet, everything looks more stiff (due to the pressure, I think)

I could use a light box to keep safe the rough but, in that way, I'd be spending more time and money (sheets) and... I think, I am not a fast and rich artist......... yet

I wish I was good enough to do that.  I always have to use several sheets of paper to make my stuff look decent. 
I think Overlook 3 is going to be out before my copy of #2 gets to me.
